"Website claims about 40,000 people a day have joined since it introduced new ties with Twitter and Facebook".

Do you still use Myspace? I guess many of us stopped using it long time ago, the reason is simple---none of our friends is connected to it. But now, "Consumers are getting excited about Myspace again – a testament to a great music product." The reason is simple too, users can join directly via Facebook. Don't be surprised... "its Facebook app this year jumped from 900,000 monthly active users in the four weeks to 14 January to 1.6m by 14 February." That's the top secret! Sharing information and experiences are the main reason for everybody to use social networking tools. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Myspace, etc, is it great that most of those tools can be connected to each other? For example, when you listen to Whitney Houston's song on Myspace, it will automatically show on your Facebook page that you're listening to it. Same as when you are reading an article on Washington Post, your Facebook page will appear that article so that it can be shared with your friend. These social networking tools is making us tighter and tighter in life. For arts managers, it's also an easy and cheap way to take our organizations into another level, if we know how to use them properly.
